- What time does the concert start and end?
The concert starts at 8:00 pm and ends around 10:30 pm.
- How to reach the location?
The E-work Arena is located at the following address: Viale Gabardi, 43, 21052 Busto Arsizio VA
By car:
The location can be reached by car in 30 minutes from Milan and in 20 minutes from Milan Malpensa airport. A large parking lot is available on site.
Buy the parking ticket online to avoid queues.

With Eventi in Bus:
Thanks to Eventi in Bus, you can easily reach the E-Work Arena from Milano Centrale.
Departure at 5:00 PM – perfect even if you’ve chosen the Early Entry option.
After the show, the bus will take you back to Milano Centrale.

By public transport:
From the following train stations in Milan: Milano Cadorna, Milano Centrale, Milano Porta Garibaldi, Milano Forlanini or from Malpensa Airport train station to Busto Arsizio station, then bus 3 to the Viale Boccaccio angolo Maderna stop or bus 2 to the Viale Boccaccio angolo Ferrini stop.
From the following train stations in Milan: Milano Cadorna, Milano Centrale, Milano Porta Garibaldi, Milano Bovisa Politecnico or from Malpensa Airport train station to Busto Arsizio Nord station, then bus 3 to the Viale Boccaccio angolo Maderna stop, bus 2 to the Viale Boccaccio angolo Ferrini stop or bus 55 to the Via Ferrini 52 stop or 25 minutes on foot from Busto Arsizio Nord station.
From Busto Arsizio: bus 2 to the Viale Boccaccio angolo Ferrini stop, bus 3 to the Viale Boccaccio angolo Maderna stop, bus 55 to the Via Ferrini 52 stop.
- I represent a media. How can I receive an accreditation?
Please fill in this form to receive media accreditation. The accreditation gives access to the interviews, while in order to get access to the concert itself you need to buy a ticket.
The form is available for compilation until December 5th. We will get back to you by December 10th in case the accreditation is granted.
- How is access for minors carried out?
Minors up to 6 years of age can enter for free if accompanied by a parent in possession of an entrance ticket.
Minors from 7 years of age onwards can only enter with an entrance ticket. There are no discounts for minors from 7 years of age.
Access for unaccompanied minors is permitted from 16 years of age onwards. Minors up to 16 years of age can only enter if accompanied by an adult in possession of an entrance ticket.
- How is access for disabled people carried out?

- Is there a cloakroom?
No.
- Can I bring flags?
Yes, you can bring flags without a pole or small flags.
- What is forbidden to bring to the event?
• Any type of flammable material (for example, lighters or e-cigarettes).
• Explosive materials, fireworks, smoke bombs and flares.
• Narcotic or harmful substances and poisons.
• Alcoholic beverages.
• Suitcases, trolleys, backpacks and bags larger than 15 litres in capacity.
• Spray cans, including mosquito repellent or spray deodorants.
• Beverages contained in cans, glass bottles, metal water bottles or plastic bottles larger than 0.5 litres and plastic caps.
• Selfie sticks and tripods.
• Umbrellas and poles.
• Laser pens and pointers.
• Weapons, knives and other sharp or cutting objects.
• Remote-controlled drones and airplanes.
• Stadium trumpets.
• Animals, including small animals, excluding guide and assistance dogs.
• Professional cameras, reflex cameras, video cameras, GoPros, tablets, except in cases of authorization by the organizers for accredited media.
• Power banks of any size
• Motorcycle helmets and chains
• Strollers, prams, baby carriers.
• Material that hinders the visibility of other spectators or interferes with emergency signs or obstructs escape routes to exits.
